Approximately 15 Sri Lankan women are diagnosed with breast cancer each day. Sadly\, around 3 women lose their lives to breast cancer daily. That’s one mother\, sister\, wife\, daughter\, colleague\, or friend too many. \n\n\n\nThe Indira Cancer Trust\, a dedicated Sri Lankan non-profit\, is on a mission to empower women with the tools they need to fight back. \n\n\n\nJoin us in the fight against breast cancer by participating in the TLC Triathlon Series! \n\n\n\nWhat is TLC? \n\n\n\n“Touch\, Look\, Check” (TLC) is a simple\, free\, and effective breast self-awareness practice that can help with early detection of breast cancer. DESCRIPTION:CAL and Endurance Lab bring race day to the heart of Colombo on 18 October 2026\, at the Viharamahadevi Open Air Theatre. So does every runner and athlete\, and on momentum day they coincide. Getting people started is what we’ve done for 26 years\, which makes this our kind of morning. \n\n\n\nDuathlon \n\n\n\n\n2.5Km Run\, 10km Cycling\, 2.5km Run\n\n\n\nKids’ Duathlon approximately 1.5km both run and cycle\n\n\n\n\nStarting at 5.00am.
