DESCRIPTION:Three Steps\, One Goal: Fight Breast Cancer with the TLC Triathlon Series \n\n\n\nBreast cancer is the most common cancer among women. Approximately 15 Sri Lankan women are diagnosed with breast cancer each day. Sadly\, around 3 women lose their lives to breast cancer daily. That’s one mother\, sister\, wife\, daughter\, colleague\, or friend too many. \n\n\n\nThe Indira Cancer Trust\, a dedicated Sri Lankan non-profit\, is on a mission to empower women with the tools they need to fight back. \n\n\n\nJoin us in the fight against breast cancer by participating in the TLC Triathlon Series! \n\n\n\nWhat is TLC? \n\n\n\n“Touch\, Look\, Check” (TLC) is a simple\, free\, and effective breast self-awareness practice that can help with early detection of breast cancer. It only takes a few minutes and can become a healthy habit. \n\n\n\nThe TLC Triathlon Series \n\n\n\nThis nationwide event\, taking place in October-November 2025\, spans four cities: Kilinochchi\, Batticaloa\, Colombo\, and Matara. \n\n\n\nWhy Participate? \n\n\n\n\nChallenge yourself: Take on a personal athletic challenge.\n\n\n\nSupport a vital cause: Contribute to the fight against breast cancer.\n\n\n\nEmpower yourself: Learn the TLC method and take control of your health.\n\n\n\nBe part of a movement: Join a nationwide effort to raise awareness and promote early detection.\n\n\n\n\nHow to Get Involved: \n\n\n\n\nRegister as a Participant: Compete in the triathlon and support the cause.\n\n\n\nSpread the Word: Share information about the TLC Triathlon Series with friends and family.\n\n\n\n\nEvery stride you take is a step towards saving lives. \n\n\n\nTeam up with your buddies or go solo. \n\n\n\n#GiveItATri #TLCTriathlon #TouchLookCheck #IndiraCancerTrust #G360 \n\n\n\nParticipants can sign up for events in one or more locations.
