1. Rescheduled dates
If the event does not take place due to factors beyond our control, we will reschedule the event to an appropriate future date based on the best available information. In such an event, your event registration will be automatically moved to the new event date.
2. Event withdrawal
If you cannot participate in the event for any reason, entry fee refunds or event credits are available in accordance with the below:
- 50% of the entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal requests received up to three weeks prior to the event date.
- No refunds or event credit for athlete withdrawal will be given after this period.
