- Rescheduled dates
If the event does not take place due to factors beyond our control, we will reschedule the event to an appropriate future date based on the best available information. In such an event, your event registration will be automatically moved to the new event date. If you are unable to participate on the rescheduled event date, by registering for the event, your consent to treat the registration fee as a donation to Butterfly Hope Foundation is implied.
- Event Withdrawal
If you cannot participate in the event for any reason, entry fee will not be refunded and shall be treated as a donation to Butterfly Hope Foundation.
