Three Steps, One Goal: Fight Breast Cancer with the TLC Triathlon Series
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. Approximately 15 Sri Lankan women are diagnosed with breast cancer each day. Sadly, around 3 women lose their lives to breast cancer daily. That’s one mother, sister, wife, daughter, colleague, or friend too many.
The Indira Cancer Trust, a dedicated Sri Lankan non-profit, is on a mission to empower women with the tools they need to fight back.

What is TLC?
“Touch, Look, Check” (TLC) is a simple, free, and effective breast self-awareness practice that can help with early detection of breast cancer. It only takes a few minutes and can become a healthy habit.
The TLC Triathlon Series
This nationwide event, taking place in October 2025, spans four cities: Kilinochchi, Batticaloa, Colombo, and Matara.

Participants can sign up for events in one or more locations. A team will comprise 3 members for swim, bike, run. Solo registrants will do all three segments

Virtual Triathlon
Global participants can select the day/s they wish to participate in and select their own pool, bike course and run course, indoor or outdoor at their specific locations.
Registration fee is LKR 15,000 (approximately USD 50) per person.

Everyone participating from the physical locations will receive a free t-shirt! Please refer to the size guide below to find your perfect fit.
Please use the plus and minus buttons (- 0 +) below to select the number of tickets and click on the “Register Now!” button to register.
Please collect information about the other team members before proceeding to register (Name, Date of Birth, NIC/BC/Passport No, Email and phone number, Medical condition and emergency contact name and phone number and t-shirt size.)
