G360 Family Duathlon – Intermediate (Individual/ Relay)

Families have the opportunity to discover their own unique physical talents. Taking part in regular physical activity leading up to the event helps families to improve health. Not everyone can be a superstar athlete, but just being part of an event such as this can give children as well as adults an important sense of belonging. Meeting new people and making friends helps children and adults build confidence.
Challenge yourself to go solo or team up with family and friends to take part in the intermediate category of the Duathlon – RUN BIKE RUN
This event will promote families coming together and community standing together harnessing resilience, endurance, and challenging oneself in finding strength.
