G360 Family Duathlon – Mini (Individual/ Relay)

G360 Family Duathlon – Mini category is a great way to promote physical activity and help develop a healthy sense of competition besides getting kids and adults out of the house and away from their electronic devices. Parents, grandparents and siblings can encourage each other and can bond whilst practicing for the event. This will help bring neighbors together giving them a greater sense of being part of the community.
Challenge yourself to go solo or team up with family and friends to take part in the Mini category…
A unique kids’ category for kids aged 5 – 12 years allows a family member to accompany the child in the run / walk and bike course which will be the highlight of the day.
This event will promote families coming together and community standing together harnessing resilience, endurance, and challenging oneself in finding strength.
